In most offices, one of the main goals is to Minimize Turnover. One of the keys to achieving this goal is to have each of your staff in their ideal role that fits their design. As I promised last week, I’ve attached the workbook that follows up on our last several blogposts. It includes the DISC System we used as well as the descriptions for the best DISC Combinations for each role in the office. Then it also has a Chart for evaluating staff roles and taking those small steps to remedy any mismatches.
The more you can align each staff person with their best role and responsibilities in the office, the more they will look forward to coming to work. Knowing they will “fit” their job will bring satisfaction and a desire to stay over the long haul.
