Yes… I have had an excellent week – got my 2nd COVID-19 vaccination… and am now allowing my body to react to it, thankful for all the antibodies that are building in my system.
In the midst of all this wonderful antibody building, I have been able to think a lot about the next three parts of the Hiring Process. But it will be another week before I finish and publish the next section:
Step 1: Do the Advanced Preparation
This is such an important piece of a successful hire! It is worth giving it the focus and details that will make the hiring process a success.
In the meantime, as a dear friend put it, “We are in a RACE – with the COVID-19’s variants and mutations.” When you get the opportunity, please take advantage of getting your vaccinations and help us all win this race.
